The Queen Amina T. Grassroots Volleyball Initiative (QATGVI) is committed to empowering young girls across Nigeria through structured sports development, education, mentorship, and leadership training.
In many communities, especially among underprivileged and vulnerable populations, young girls face limited access to education, mentorship, and opportunities for self-development. Sports has proven to be a powerful tool for engagement, discipline, confidence building, and social inclusion.
“Spike for Her” is designed as a national intervention platform to bridge this gap by using sports as a catalyst for empowerment, visibility, and transformation.
